Perfect Pool & Spa Service was established in 2001 as a small family business by Steve and Kay Kiley. The name we chose had very little to do with what we thought of ourselves and everything to do with what we strive to be.
Our mission statement is very simple: offer quality work at reasonable rates, always be honest, build trust and satisfy every customer. If we ever fall short of our mission, we fix it and we fix it fast. These simple goals have served us well over the years. Our company continues to grow but still maintains the family atmosphere that is so important to us and our customers.
Over the years, our company has been chosen as the vendor of choice by many of the areas best and biggest pool builders to "start up" new pools and show new pool owners how to work their systems. Over 95% of these new pools have become Perfect Pool & Spa Service customers. Most of these customers are still with us today. To date, referrals from our wonderful customers continue to be the most significant contributing factor to our growth.
Today our son Ryan handles the day to day business in the field and supervises our mature staff of pool technicians, all of whom we consider family. His wife Tawny and mother Kay take care of the office and Steve still handles the companies planning.
Our goals today remain the same as they were in 2001. Whether we're starting up a new pool for a builder, installing or repairing equipment, or doing weekly pool service, we promise to do good work at a fair price. Customer satisfaction is important to us. We are not "Perfect", but we certainly strive to be.
